Guided tour tickets
- By purchasing a ticket, you reserve a place on a public tour.
- The ticket is valid only for the date and time indicated on it. Please arrive well in advance.
- PLEASE NOTE! Choose your visit time carefully, as tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket, you accept these terms.
- You will receive your ticket by email once you have paid for your purchase in the online shop. Please note that the ticket may also end up in your spam folder. If you do not receive your ticket, please contact us: info@villamairea.fi
- Show your ticket at the door (on your phone screen or as a printout).
- Be prepared to present proof of eligibility for a discount at the door.
- Please familiarise yourself in advance with our visiting policies and our guidance for visitors with children.
Payment in the online shop
The payment intermediation service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the recipient of the payment on your bank statement or card bill and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a licence as a payment institution. In the event of a complaint, we ask that you primarily contact the product supplier.

Payment gateways
Finnish online banks
The customer must have online banking credentials. All major Finnish banks are supported. The payment transaction is debited directly from the customer’s account in the online banking environment. Ordering and payment take place via a secure, protected connection. The payment intermediation service for online banking payments is provided by Paytrail Oyj, Business ID 2122839-7, in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj purchases the payment transaction and settles it with the merchant.
Card payments
To pay by card, you need a valid Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard or Debit MasterCard card issued by a Finnish payment institution. Your card details are not transmitted to or stored in our online shop at any stage. Our online shop uses the international Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode authentication services, which are used to verify the cardholder’s identity. Authentication requires online banking credentials.
MobilePay
With MobilePay, you can pay in online shops without having to enter your payment card details. You only need the MobilePay app on your phone.
The standard usage limits of MobilePay do not apply in online shops, meaning you can make purchases in accordance with the usage limits of your payment card.
